AI regulation in Poland.

Poland is governed by the directly applicable EU AI Act and adopted a national Act on Artificial Intelligence Systems in July 2026. The Act creates the Commission for Development and Safety of Artificial Intelligence and establishes domestic supervision, enforcement and sandbox procedures. It enters into force in phases. A separate AI Development Policy to 2030 remains a proposed government policy.
