California's AI agenda reaches a late-session decision point.

Twenty tracked measures changed after the prior August 3 cutoff. One enrolled bill reached the Governor, two measures moved toward floor action, and seventeen entered or remained in the appropriations process. Separately, the Governor announced an AI cyber-defense program for critical infrastructure.
