Methodology

The radar sweeps the LegiScan legislative database across all 50 states for AI and data-center policy, from automated decision-making and deepfakes to large-load infrastructure. An AI pipeline reads each bill against a written taxonomy, keeps the relevant ones, tags them with policy categories, and writes the plain-English summaries you see here. Everything compiles to a fast static page, rebuilt as legislatures act.

Every bill links to its official state source, and summaries are machine-generated from the official record. Read them as a fast map of the terrain, and click through to the source before you rely on any single bill. Legislative data via LegiScan.
